Every year we will hold Dhamma Assembly in Chinese New Year and dedicate our merits to all the supporters. Since 2004, this is the 15th year to hold such Dhamma Assembly. The ceremony will be held on 6 Feb. 2019, the second day of Chinese New Year, starting from 17:30.
Usually we would prepare for the Dhamma Assembly from one month ago. During this period, you are welcomed to offer the information of your ancestors to us or come to Maha Panna Vihara directly to write down the Yellow Memorial Papers.
On the first day of Chinese New Year, we will lay out the venue and decorate all the Yellow Memorial Papers. We would like to invite you to our Temple to light incense and pray for your ancestors or mentally invite your ancestors to visit our Temple to listen to the Dhamma, if you are not able to make it personally. Our intention of holding this Dhamma Assembly is to feedback the society and thank to all the supporters. This Dhamma Assembly is totally free of charge; anyone is welcomed to join us and dedicate the merits to all the beings.
